Roadside Assistance & Recovery

easyCar Club has partnered with Admiral to provide a fast and efficient roadside assistance and recovery service to help get your car back on the road as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown.

All easyCar Club cars are covered with 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance and vehicle recovery cover - providing all Owner and Driver members with total peace of mind, should there be a problem during a rental.

How it works

Each rental arranged through us is covered by our roadside assistance and recovery policy for the rental period. In the event of a breakdown anywhere across the UK, Admiral will despatch an expert recovery technician to try to get you back on the road. Up to one hour of labour is provided at the roadside (parts are chargeable, after receiving consent of the Owner). If Admiral are unable to repair the vehicle within a reasonable time, or if repairs are unwise, Admiral will arrange for the car, its driver and passengers to be transported to a single address anywhere in the UK as agreed with the Owner. If the vehicle cannot be repaired the same working day or is recovered to a destination of the Owner’s choice, Admiral will reimburse you up to £100 towards the reasonable cost of alternative transport (alternative transport option to be agreed in advance by Admiral).

Like all breakdown policies, there are certain other exclusions and monetary limits. For example, the policy doesn't cover claims totalling more than £15,000 in the period of insurance and assistance following an accident, theft, fire or vandalism.
